Use the form below to create a team and register for this tournament. After submission you must send payment to the Tournament Director to reserve a spot in the tournament. The tournament director will mark your team as “confirmed” once they receive payment as long as other teams didn’t beat you. If the tournament fills up before your payment has been received, you will go into the “Waitlist” in case any teams drop out.
