Free grass doubles tournament (members only)

COST:

FREE to current Yankee members
($10 for guests and children over 12)

AGENDA:

7:45 AM: Net setup begins
8:15 AM: Tourney checkin
9:00 AM: Tourney begins
12:00 PM: BBQ Lunch
12:30 PM: Raffle Drawings
5:30 PM: Tournament ends

EVENT NOTES & PARTICULARS:

Only current year adult Yankee members (age 18+) will be allowed to play in the tournament.
Please no dogs and do not bring any alcoholic beverages onto the property.
Tournament size will be limited to approximately 120 teams–signups above that number may be waitlisted.
- If you want to make sure that you are playing that day, sign up early! Typically signups fill shortly after Registration Opens.
If you are playing in the tournament, you and your partner both should register and list each other as partners.

OutDoor Tournament Levels

Note that outdoor tournament levels are not the same as indoor ratings. Roughly speaking most players end up in these ranges for doubles at our picnic tournament–you may be placed in a different level than you sign up for:

B Level : for C- and C level indoor players
BB Level : for C/C+ indoor players
A Level : for C+/B- indoor players
AA Level : for B-/B indoor players
Open Level : for B and higher indoor players

Volunteers Needed!

We definitely need people to help set up beforehand and help take things down and clean up at the end of the day. Please contact Jeffry Powell if you are able and willing to help out.
