Registration & Payment:

Register your team on the Yankee site then:

Go to BSSC website, register your team and make payment with a credit card. BSSC uses the LeagueApps registration platform (same as last year) and you’ll need to create an account in LeagueApps if you don’t have one. Your card will be charged upon registration & will include a 3.9% service fee (so $233.78). If the registration below shows that it is waitlisting teams, you should still register below & pay on the BSSC website as some levels may be increased & others decreased based on demand. If you do not get a team space, you will be refunded in full (including svc). Checks, cash or Venmo are not accepted as forms of payment. All BSSC tournaments are run using the Supervised Friendship format — player reffing with supervision, guidance, and officiating education from one paid official who works some matches including finals.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel at least 21 days before tournament (by end of day Saturday for Saturday & Sunday for Sunday) for a full refund.
Less than 3 weeks before tournament, full refund if your team can be replaced with a team from a waitlist. Forfeit entry fee if team cannot be replaced or if tournament does not fill.

Weather Cancellation Policy:
Captains will be notified thru LeagueApps via email by 6:30 AM the morning of the tournament if there is a change of start time or cancellation due to weather.
